... a Great Creative Outlet

I've seen so many moms come up with amazing ideas on the spot, even if only out of necessity. Whether they are on the go and in a pinch, or tired of facing the same old problem, I've found that motherhood can really bring out a creative side.

Even just writing these blog posts and taking LambyK's photo shoots has been an amazing outlet. It's amazing how getting a small chance to be creative makes me feel like myself again. There's no reason to give up on that part of me now that I am a mom. And if you never really found yourself creative before being a mother, I'm sure new opportunities are arising for the creative juices flowing now.

In chapter 31 of the biblical book of Proverbs, a wise man describes what an ideal woman would be like. It includes things such as having a noble character, being financially savvy, and even working with her hands. I have always been inspired and encouraged by this passage, seeing it as a good goal to strive for. Since becoming a mom, I have found God is giving me chances to grow in these areas and it is exciting to slowly be transformed into the woman I always wanted to be. I pray that I may set a good example for BabyK so that one day, maybe she too can "arise and be called blessed".
